On today’s increasingly network-centric battlefield, the myriad of information being transmitted, received, and stored is just as vital to the warfighter’s success as his weapon and ammunition. Accordingly, SURVICE has been able to leverage its decades of experience identifying and mitigating combat system vulnerabilities and apply this specialized expertise to ensuring that our forces’ data and data channels are always available, reliable, and protected from hostile interference. Notable information assurance (IA) services we’ve provided include:
- Analysis and verification for the Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP).
- IA test planning, test conduct, data collection, and system assessment in support of development and operational testing.
- Information system documentation—including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), and Capability Production Documents (CPDs)—in support of program managers (PMs).
