SURVICE has been a long-time guardian, repository, and distributor of the nation’s vital survivability-related information. We serve as the Aberdeen Satellite Office of the Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center (SURVIAC), having developed extensive libraries and databases of survivability-related information to support community practitioners in a wide range of research, development, test, and evaluation efforts. And our information technology (IT) services are designed to support both the lone analyst in search of a specific answer or piece of information as well as entire organizations in need of full database development, population, management, and maintenance. In addition, we offer a variety of customized data visualization, video, and animation capabilities.
Examples of recent or notable IT projects SURVICE has participated in include:
- Collection of Air Combat Damage Data from OIF/OEF
- Support of Ground Combat Damage Data Collection with NGIC
- Archive of Ballistic Test Reports for the Uparmoring of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles/HMMWV
