"It’s hard to comprehend how so much can change in 17 minutes - the time between the first plane hitting and the second; but it did, as we realized we were under attack. I hope you join me in remembering and honoring those that suffered and died that day and in the days and years that followed - citizens, first responders, those fighting the global war on terror. It’s also hard to understand how it is possible to feel so much pain, pride, and inspiration from the same event; but I do, including the pride and inspiration I feel about the difference our employees continue to make in protecting our nation."
