Provide flexible and rapid surge capability to meet the short lead-time, system development, rapid prototyping, demonstrations, hardware mods, and system integration efforts in support of current and future weapon systems. More specifically, this effort may include the following: Demonstrations/Studies, Design and Engineering Development, Testing, Hardware and Software Modification, Fabrication, and Logistics.
Provide air weapons systems survivability and lethality, systems safety, and modeling and simulation verification, validation, and accreditation. Elements of contract support include air weapon survivability and lethality analysis, survivability simulations, systems analysis, survivability systems engineering analysis, development and support, and documentation.
Provide analytical services in target descriptions, target vulnerability analysis, target survivability analysis, weapon system effectiveness and performance studies, data analysis, target disablement evaluation, component damage, warhead lethality, threat modeling, and vulnerability/lethality methodology development. Specific tasking primarily involves (1) the description and vulnerability of enemy targets to various damage mechanisms associated with conventional weapons, such as fragments, blast, conical-shaped charges, linear shaped charges, self-forging fragments, armor-piercing...
Provide analytical support of evaluations including, but not limited to, assistance in evaluation and analysis planning and methodology, preparing and reviewing test and evaluation documentation, data reduction and analysis support on-site during testing and post-test, and preparing input to draft system assessment and evaluation documents.
Conduct a variety of activities centered on collecting (including identification and access), analyzing, synthesizing/processing, and disseminating scientific and technical information related to weapon systems' survivability and vulnerability; reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, and interoperability; military sensing; advanced materials; energetics; non-lethal weapons; directed energy weapons; autonomous weapon systems; and weapon systems. Specific services under this contract include engineering, analysis, software/database creation, and management and enterprise...
Provide comprehensive, integrated professional services to government-wide customers. The program scope includes, but is not limited to, communication, compliance, defense, disaster, energy, environment, financial, health, intelligence, security, and transportation. This wide program scope is further complemented by six core disciplines/services: program management, management consulting, scientific, engineering, financial, and logistic.
Provide federal, state, and local governments innovative solutions to their professional services needs. More specifically, under the Professional Engineering Solutions category, provide support across a number of engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, (components of) civil engineering, software, and fire protection related to an engineered system; aerospace engineering; nuclear engineering; bio-engineering; and marine architecture.
Provide federal and state government agencies and organizations world-class program management and procurement services for their command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and knowledge-based professional engineering services mission requirements. RS3 primary service areas include, but are not limited to, engineering; research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training services.
On the basis of our experience in system safety and survivability analyses and testing, weapon system effectiveness analysis and testing, and computer model and simulation development and support, SURVICE was awarded a SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) prime contract (N00178-05-D4583) to provide support across all seven geographic zones and all functional areas listed in the Seaport-e statement of work. We have had a long-standing working relationship with the Navy and have held either a prime contract or been a key subcontractor to NAVAIR at Warminster, PA; Patuxent River, MD; and China Lake, CA;...
