One of our own employees, Stephen Phillips (CORP), is helping to feed the kids of Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS). Steve is one of the administrators of Feed The Kids Spring 2020, a group of volunteers delivering meals to the kids who cannot get to CCPS’s centralized distribution sites. The group set up a Google sheet for volunteers to sign up, and a Google form for those that need to request a delivery. That form sends emails to the three administrators, who assign the deliveries to eight points of contact (POCs) assigned to different sections of the county. Those POCs contact the people who request a delivery, get the details, and match them with volunteers who can deliver the meals.
Feed The Kids delivered 1,259 meals in the past 4 days!!
